As advertised!
Nice place in Lawrenceville within walking distance to Butler St. and easy drive to downtown, Oakland and other nearby destinations. There is a nice little cafe next door (Happenstance) as well as a dive bar (Take a Break!) and Arsenal Cider where we took our pup to for a drink outside. I've stayed at Paul's properties many times and they always come as advertised.
