Brand New! Shadyside King Suite+Den ~ Parking!

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment. I highly recommend it. *Everything* is updated and first-rate: attractive track-lighting in the living room, along with a very nice couch, coffee table, and large TV. All of the kitchen appliances are new, and there are plenty of plates and pots and pans, etc. The bed is unbelievably comfortable with lush pillows and linens, and the bedroom is very quiet (it does not face the street). The bathroom looks like it has been remodeled recently, and the shower and lighting are esp. nice. The apartment is on a safe and quiet street in a very nice neighborhood. There is a lovely park across the street as well. This is the second apartment that I have rented from Paul, and the first one was just as nice. I have rented vacation houses and apartments from different rental sites for years, and Paul is one of the best owners that I have ever dealt with. He responds to any questions very quickly, and always goes above and beyond. I won't rent from anyone else in Pittsburgh! He is the best, bar none.

We had a fantastic stay at this great property! It was perfect for what we needed. Paul was great in providing detailed directions about where to park and how to get in. The bed was SO comfortable and everything was very clean. I would absolutely stay here again!
